The service

Once Upon Me creates personalized children's storybooks from details and photos you provide, delivered as a digital PDF and, optionally, a printed book. Story text and illustrations are generated with the help of AI and reviewed presentation pipelines; each book is unique and produced on demand.

Your content

• You confirm you are the parent or legal guardian of the child featured, or have the guardian's permission.
• You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to create your book.
• You may not upload content that is unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

Purchases & delivery

• Prices are shown at checkout: PDF download $9.99, softcover book $34.99, hardcover book $49.99. Printed books include the PDF at no extra charge.
• Digital books are delivered by email shortly after payment. Printed books ship within 5–7 business days.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. All prices are in USD.

Previews, reprints & refunds

• You see a free preview of the first pages of your book before paying — please review it carefully, as each book is custom-made.
• If a printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint and reship it free of charge.
• Because every book is personalized and produced on demand, completed digital orders are generally non-refundable; if something is wrong with your book, email us and we'll make it right.

AI-generated content

Illustrations and story text are AI-assisted. While we work to keep characters consistent and stories delightful, generated artwork is interpretive — your child's illustrated character is inspired by, not a photographic likeness of, the photos provided.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned.
